Welcome to Sanathan Raksha ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application (the "App") and related services. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting in the App.

2. Description of Service

Sanathan Raksha is a mobile application that provides various services including but not limited to:

• Donation processing and management
• Helpline services for community support
• Women's safety reporting and assistance
• Volunteer management and coordination
• Community engagement and information sharing
• Other related services as may be added from time to time

3. Eligibility

To use our App, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws)
• Transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App

6. Donations and Payments

6.1 Donation Processing

When you make a donation through the App:

• All donations are processed through our third-party payment processor (PhonePe)
• Donations are final and non-refundable unless required by law or at our sole discretion
• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of donation amounts and payment information
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any donation at our discretion

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Third-Party Services

Our App integrates with third-party services, including but not limited to:

• Firebase (Google): For authentication, database, and push notifications
• PhonePe: For payment processing
• Google Sign-In: For authentication
• Expo: For app development and deployment

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SANATHAN RAKSHA, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

While we provide helpline and women's safety reporting features, we cannot guarantee immediate response or assistance. These services are provided on a best-effort basis and are not a substitute for professional emergency services.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015.
